Cheong Nin Aged Care Centre

The centre is a quality service standard residential care centre registered under the Hong Kong Government.  It provides comprehensive services such as residential care, health care, nutritious meals and recreational activities for the elderly.  The centre is situated next to Kwai Chung Estate, near parks, market, supermarkets and restaurants.  The building provides luxurious decoration, elegant environment, lifting platform, independent elevator, spacious hall, separate room, private suite, TV, refrigerator with comfortable and warm environment.

Our centre hires professional doctors, nurses, health workers and nursing staff according to the quality service standards set by Hong Kong Government.  And there are Yanchai Hospital outreach doctors who come to the centre three times a week for follow-up of the elderly.  The whole centre is under the control of the aged care centre.

The 24-hour closed-circuit television is closely attention to the safety of the centre and the elderly who needs special care.  There is also an independent doctor who specializes in treating and caring for the health of the elderly.  We care about your health and meals.

The Home is located nearby Kwai Hing Estate, public garden, supermarket, MTR, Bus & minibus stops, it is very convenient to shop and traffic.

Nursing and Medical Care

• 24-hour professional care
• Provide special care for special elderly need
• Visiting medical service; provision of physical therapy, nutritionists, podiatrists on request (charged separately)

Meal Service

• The meals are designed by dietitians, there have three meals plus two snacks per day and special meal arrangements for certain residents.

Social and Recreational Activities

• Elderly can participate social and recreational activities according to their personal preference

Fees and Charges

From HKD9,000 to HKD13,000

The fees and charges include monthly rent, daily basic meal and care. The fees and charges do not include personal daily essentials such as diaper, physical therapy, diagnose charge, special meal & care, etc.

One month deposit, one month rent in advance and non-refundable miscellaneous charges HK$1,000 pay in advance before move in.

Eligibility for Application

• Aged 60 or above
• No infectious disease
• No psychosis

Termination notice should be served at lease one month in advance.  Otherwise, it will not pay back the deposit.
